Changwon Sojuboys is a hattrick team that was established in late 2002 as the Changwon Provincials with a name change approximately one year later.

Under Sojuboys' guidance they have been in Div II.1 (one season), div III (one season), div II.3 (four seasons), K-League (one season), back to Div II.1 (four seasons) and finally promotion back into the K-league.

Sojuboys have won 4 divisional titles. However their first season in the K-league was the worst ever with no victories and only 1 point at the end of the season.

Famous club players include

  • Hyun-Gi Yi (national team member and former U20's team member)
  • Sung-Man An (2nd most games played - currently 128 competition games, also one game for the national team)
  • Pelle Fortelius (youth team player and fringe Finnish national squad)
  • Hong-Chol Shim (Hanguk and club coach, captain and record game player - curently 127 competition games)
  • Jee-Seung Park (U20's team member)
  • Min-Jae Kim (former U20's member and still fringe)
