Dublin is a region in Ireland. It's Ireland's capital, housing more than 1.5m people, was slow to catch onto the joys of Hattrick, allowing Galway to dominate the game. No Dublin team has yet won a major trophy.

Dublin currently has two sides, The Choccy Digestives and Jeffrey XI, in the Irish Premier. With the number of active users now double that of any other region, surely it's only a matter of time before the capital sees some silverware.
