The main advantage of this program is that just about everything is adjustable. You can calibrate your players after each match and when that's ok you can calibrate teamratings to match the matchreport. If you think a WTM uses more playmaking then the default settings indicate you can change that too. Experienced users that made the right adjustments can predict their matchratings very accurate.
