3-4-3 hard to pull off?
I'm surprised 3-4-3 is listed as "hard to pull off". 3-4-3 with 3 IMs is a completely viable formation. Vslashg 16:02, 31 May 2006 (UTC)

Effect
What I am missing is the effect of confusion. Players will play below capacity, it says, but by how much?
- It's hard to tell, since we don't know if it's reflected only in the possession, or also the match ratings. I looked at a match recently where a team that should have had 60% possession w/a midfield level of 30 only produced 54% possession with organization down to weak by the end of each half. Unfortunately, I don't remember what teams were involved. --Mr Wednesday 21:18, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
