Arena: Mösle Stadion
A scorching day at Mösle Stadion, where 5595 spectators were in place for today's match. Kumma tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. The following players took the field: Waziri - Sergushev, Schwarz, Schraml - Aharonson, Tãnãsie, Draxler, Lam Phuong , Koniarski - Saharof, Kruus.
Mathematics had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. The following players took the field: Danjian - Meierhofer, Cox, Macina -
Fernández, González Bárcena, Edskär, Espírito Santo, Zúñiga - Rudrum, Fernández.
Mathematics were relying on their ability to counter-attack. Thu Lam Phuong gave his Kumma the lead with 1 - 0, as he
successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then placed the ball unreachably at the keeper's right post. In the 19th
minute, Kumma's Victoras Tãnãsie tried to nail the coffin shut, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall
behind the net. Kumma's Markko Kruus scored the 2 - 0 goal by shooting accurately and hard from a long distance, leaving the
opponent keeper no other option than to pick up the ball from the net. In the 20th minute, Kumma put themselves up 3 - 0 when the
visiting defenders lost the ball to Georg Schraml, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the 'keeper and knock
the ball home. There was a bit of a mixup on the field as Mathematics found themselves out of position and their organization
level dropped to passable. Kumma managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when Tsadok Aharonson cut in neatly from the left side and
struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The structure of the game started to change as Kumma decided to pull back and
meet their opponents in their own half. Cheers filled the stadium as Leszek Koniarski broke through the visitors' central defence
to put away the 5 - 0 goal for Kumma. The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. Kumma held the ball, with a clear 93
percent of possession.
During the break, Mathematics's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to solid organization. Georg
Schraml unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. Luís Espírito Santo of
Mathematics was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Markko Kruus of Kumma received a yellow card in the 79th
minute for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Kumma put in a good effort on the right, but Alfred Schwarz saw his volley fly wide of the
mark in the 80th minute. Kumma, bringing their ball possession to 96 percent, dominated the battle.
The most dominating Kumma player was without a doubt Alfred Schwarz. Nitzan Saharof on the other hand, had a terrible day.
Mathematics's best player was Su Danjian. Shawn Rudrum turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
