Senior National Team

Bosna i Hercegovina began international play during the final rounds of World Cup III. At that time, World Cup play was limited to the top 40 ranked teams, so Bosna i Hercegovina did not participate in World Cup IV. Their first official competition was in World Cup V, where the current qualification system was instituted. Bosna i Hercegovina has never advanced out of qualification, although they have finished third in their group in qualification for World Cup XIII.
U-20 National Team

Bosna i Hercegovina began international play prior to the start of U-20 World Cup III. At that time, World Cup play was limited to the top 40 ranked teams, so Bosna i Hercegovina did not participate in either U-20 World Cup III or U-20 World Cup IV. Their first official competition was in U-20 World Cup V, where the current qualification system was instituted. Bosna i Hercegovina has advanced to the final rounds three times, finishing third in their group in Round III in U-20 World Cup VIII under the management of alisani, then fourth in their group in Round II in U-20 World Cup IX and U-20 World Cup X.
