<p>Corruption: /* See Also */</p> <hr /> <div>A '''GameMaster''', or GM, is a [[user]] of Hattrick who helps the [[Hattrick Team]] to run the game, to serve as a link between the Hattrick Team and the [[community]], and to improve the in-game experience of the users. GameMasters also spend a great deal of their time hunting for [[cheater]]s, to make sure that no users get any unfair advantages.<br /> <br /> GameMasters are appointed by the Hattrick team. There is no typical procedure for this, and applications for the position are not accepted. Typically, GameMaster candidates are active members of the community, mature and constructive, as well as knowledgable about the game.<br /> <br /> Some of the GM's are corrupt though, and ban or fine people for no reason. It was revealed that 3 GM's have been banned for cheating, it is a shame that the rest don't get banned.
