== Sealand ==
On September 28th, 2003 [[user:Mavuba|Mavuba]] decided to start a federation. Mainly because he didn't like to have a conference that was supervised by strict Mods, GMs and HTs. That's why he and [[User:Buul|Buul]] came up with the plan to pull out to a drilling platform between [[Nederland|The Netherlands]] and [[England]], where only we could be in control of. The federation on the island Sealand soon became a great success, and soon many ships with members arrived!

After a short period of time the federation got the name of being a bad [[federation]], full of annoying, spamming youngsters. For example, within a short amount of time the island found itself in war with some Mods & GMs, but also in a spam-war with OLDER (a federation for people who are thirty years or older.). After a long period of negotiations the battle ended and the peace with the Mods was restored.

[[Sealand]] now is known for being a nice cosy federation, where the best spammers of HT-[[Nederland|Nederland]] and [[België]] have a great time doing their thing.

Successful manager of the former starteam '''di kroesio's'''. This team was considered as a good team with very strong defenders. One of the many defenders was Nico Borghaerts, one of the best Dutch (U20) talents ever!
Kroesio was also famous for his many bans on the Hattrick forums, fines and his use of striking language. Also on [[IRC_Channels|mIRC]] he regularly were thrown out from several channels after harrasing users in a hard manner about there (life)behaviour/situation?/.
Meanwhile Kroesio is on his way back with a new team, '''2e Jeugd''' (second youth), and has been champion several times, on his way back to the high level he used to play in the old days.

==Jokes==
This user is also known for his (practical) jokes, mainly on Sealand, but there's also a well-remembered one from a New Year's eve. Together with [[User:ak47|ak47]] (fabian) he took over the IRC channel #hattrick.nl. That wasn't appreciated and of course he was banned again. The best joke on Sealand probably was be the joke of "Lisanne". He posted a conference message with the text 'Add this horny webcam chick to your msn', but it was he who was typing. He badly mocked User __SuperFly_ and placed a log file on the Internet. The 'baby joke' also was appreciated and even leaked out to #hattrick.nl, where a discussion followed. Last in the list is the 'problems joke' that was somewhat less appreciated.

I don't think, that it's good idea to have such page at all. Or I do not understand the purpose of it. As initially stated "and were either banned, locked, heavily fined, or known in other ways for remarkable behaviour". Excuse me, but since when, cheating, misbehaving in forrums, etc (all things, fow which you might get banned is a remarkable). And it's meant to have this banned list of "honour", then Rondell-Beene certainly does NOT belong here. At last, thousands users are remarkable in their own way. For me none of these guys are role models in Hattrick. If everyone will add their rescpected users here, then it will grow to be the same like Users page. There is alaready category Users, where it's said "Some famous users of Hattrick.". Users, that are listed there are alredy more known, than the ones here. I am against the idea to make some kind of black list from this page. And discussions which users are worth to be on this "special category" will lead only flamewar. To all: the users initially listed on this page were (in)famous in HT-Nederland and België only. In fact there used to be a line on this page stating only Dutch and Belgian users should be listed here.

LA-Motto: your solution would completely eliminate the entire reason why this page is here, but judging from what you say that is exactly what you want. I agree with you a page/category like this could potentially cause some problems, but that wouldn't be a reason for me not to give it a go - we could always remove the page once these problems actually occur. Also, I think the users that started this page take some pride in actually being infamous. So for that group of users, this page certainly has some (personal) value.

Lars, I was actually the one removing the "Netherlands and Belgium only" link, since that sort of page reservation is not desirable IMO. If there is a page for infamous users, let is be for all of Hattrick's infamous users.

After all this reasoning I still see, that it's totaly fine to have this information about infamous users in Hattrick. Nevertheless, all of them should be put in the Users category. And then in the users page it should be written, what so infamous he did to be written in. The problem is that there will never be a wiki "club page." There will be a wiki page about the club, but it is useless to have a page on the wiki titled "club page." It makes no sense to link to pages that don't exist and never will because the content that they would have on them can easily be found by (a) opening up hattrick and going to that page or (b) going to a different wiki page that's a more abstract topic. To have wiki pages about different hattrick pages (i.e. the economy page, the club page) will probably never happen, because all they would do is state the obvious. It just seems that we're approaching it the wrong way when we have a page about "The Club page" and what can be found there. We already have a separate section for everything on that page that is meaningful and it says that it can be found on "the club page" on those pages. But to have a separate page telling what the club page is, that just seems a little excessive. The club page is the club page. When you read the rules, you find out exactly what the club page is. We're not writing the rules here.

One use I could see the separate pages for each hattrick page serving is as a directory to the topics written about things on that page, but that should be presented in some other format than in article form, such as a list or a tree-view (like there is on the main page) or something like that. And maybe we could copy the rules to the page to make it easier for people. But to write an article on what the club page is seems kind of obvious. firstly. i am not the creator of that page i just expand it ;) At the moment we have a lot of useless oneliner pages which could be grouped as one real article (e.g. Off. Wingbacks, Def Wingbacks should be on only one Wingback page).

secondly in each docu about a programm you will find also infos about the use of all seperate pages. We could rename the page here (e.g. Site Structure) and could include also the content and the options of other pages (e.g. overview page: Team info, owner info, dropdownmenu + additional suportt er page features -> link: supporter / suporter features).

==What Team Spirit Affects==
[[Midfield]] ratings are affected by several factors. One of these factors is team spirit. The higher the team spirit, the better the midfield performs. And conversely, if team spirit is low, midfield ratings will lower. Team spirit also affects other parts of the field, although to a far lesser extent. A successful Hattrick manager will regulate his/her team spirit to get the best results for the team, as midfield is a very important factor in many matches.

In real life football the atmosphere around a team is of great influence on it's performance. If there is bad management or an incompetent coach this will have a negative effect on the way players feel and act on the pitch. In Hattrick this effect is represented by the Team Spirit.

The Team Spirit has a direct effect on the [[midfield ]] strength of a [[team]]. The actual midfield strength based on players abilities is increased or decreased according to the Team Spirit. The midfield strength of both teams determines the distribution of chances, so a high Team Spirit will boost your midfield and deliver you more [[regular chances]].

At the start of each [[season]] the Team Spirit is reset to a default level (composed). From then the actions of your club and your [[coach]] influence the rise and fall of the Team Spirit. Whatever you do Team Spirit is always trying to change back to composed. The [[leadership]] factor of your [[coach]] determines how fast it will change in that direction. A coach with high leadership will speed up the rate Team Spirit rises when below composed and slow down decrease in Team Spirit when above composed. The agreeability of the [[team leader]] also has an influence on the team spirit, a so called ''[[Clown]]'' has the highest possible influence. This influence is however only a small fraction of the influence of the [[coach]].

Could the fact that the irrelevant articles that I have removed have all been about Israel be contributed to the fact that you make it your mission, according to your userpage, to add precisely that, and that all the articles I've edited have been in the "Recent Changes" section? The only thing in this article that has even the slightest bit of relevance is the bit with the coordinates. This Wiki is about -Hattrick-, and while a short statistical summary of the regions within the game is acceptable, albeit somewhat unnecessary, a full historical, political and religious summary is completely irrelevant and unneeded. Precisely the same information is available in vast detail on Wikipedia, so instead of reciting it here, add a link to the Wikipedia article, as it has been done with Jerusalem.

Please stop making irrelevant additions to articles. Wikis all have their individual purposes, and it makes no sense to clutter one with irrelevant information. Especially not when that information is available on Wikipedia. This is about Hattrick, so keep it about Hattrick.
