Successfull manager of the former starteam '''di kroesio's'''. This team was considered as a good team with very strong defenders. One of the many defenders was Nico Borghaerts, one of the best Dutch (U20) talents ever!
Kroesio was also famous for his many bans on the Hattrick forums, fines and his use of striking language. Also on [[IRC_Channels|mIRC]] he regularly were thrown out several channels after stipulating users in a hard manner about there (life)behavior/situation?/.
Meanwhile Kroesio is on his way back with a new team, '''2e Jeugd''' (second youth), and has been champion several times, on his way back to the high level he used to play in the old days.

Dit team gold al seizoenenlang als een goed sterk team met ijzersterke verdedigers.

Verder stond de Manager bekend om zijn velen bans op de Hattrick Fora's, boetes en opvallende taalgebruik. Ook op [[IRC_Channels|mIRC]] werd hij regelmatig diverse channels uitgegooid nadat hij op harde wijze bepaalde users had gewezen op hun (leef)gedrag.
Inmiddels is Kroesio terug met een nieuw team, '''2e Jeugd''', en daarmee al diverse keren kampioen is geworden, op weg naar het hoge niveau waar hij vroeger als manager actief was.

This user is also known for his (practical) jokes, mainly on Sealand, but there's also a well-remembered one from a new year's eve. He then together with [[User:ak47|ak47]] (fabian) took over the IRC channel hattrick.nl. That wasn't appreciated and of course he was banned again. The best joke on Sealand probably would be the joke of "Lisanne". He posted a conference message with the text 'Add this horny webcam chick to your msn', but it was he who was typing. Especially __SuperFly_ was owned badly and a logfile was placed on the internet. The 'baby joke' also was appreciated and even leaked out to hattrick.nl, where a discussion followed. Last in the list is the 'problems joke' that was somewhat less appreciated.

Ook staat deze user bekend om grappen vooral op sealand, maar er staat er ook nog 1 op het
netvlies gegriefd van een oudjaars avond. Toen nam hij samen met ak47(fabian) het IRC channel
hattrick.nl over. Dit viel niet in smaak en werd hij natuurlijk weer eens gebanned. Hoogtepunt
op sealand is misschien wel de grap van "lisanne" hij poste een forum berichtje met voeg deze
geile webcam chick toe op msn, maar hij was het zelf die typte. Vooral __SuperFly_ was hier
erg de dupe van en kwam met een log op internet. Ook de baby grap viel goed in de smaak en was
zelfs uitgelekt op hattrick.nl waar een discussie los barste en laatste in het rijtje is het
problemen grapje die wat minder goed werd ontvangen.

Tactics is an international [[federation]].

At Tactics, we like to talk about winning our leagues and winning our games by using all the tactical options available to us:

We have a weekly Pre-Game help thread in which every member can ask for some pre-game advice from their fellow tacticians for his/her upcoming league clash! We have a Post-Game thread as well.

We are tacticians helping tacticians. We help “each other” to become better tactical managers. The Tactics Fed is meant for new managers as well as experienced managers: No gurus, no mentors, no options over-looked!

== History ==
The Tactics Fed was founded on September 18th, 2004 by President [[User:Robertm|Robertm]] and Vice-President [[User:larsw84|larsw84]]. The fed immediately started to grow at a relatively slow, but constant pace. The fed got a nice Christmas present: the 100 member mark was reached on December 25th, 2004. Like almost all other federations Tactics too had a members boost after the 5-federation rule was introduced, but after the first few weeks Tactics reverted back to their calm and steady growth.

Currently, the federation has almost 550 members.

== Top members ==
The Tactics Fed is governed by a board of four: Robertm, larsw84, and the two Chairmans [[User:semenko|semenko]] and [[User:kzarik|kzarik]], who earned their positions by being very valuable members to the federation. Other top members include [[User:Mod-Kerem|Mod-Kerem]], who has been with Tactics since the early days, and [[User:Pirats|Pirats]], who recently has done a lot of great work for the fed, especially with his [[U20]] match analyses.

Tactics furthermore uses a promotion system: the most active members get promoted. There are promotion rounds every two months and members can only be promoted one level up each time. There are 6 levels members can promote to: from top to bottom Tactical Professor, Tactical Manager, Tactical Teacher, Tactical Coach, Tactical Instructor and Tactical Guide. Currently, the fed has three Tactical Instructors and 12 Tactical Guides.

== IRC ==
Tactics also has an IRC Channel on the Quakenet Server: #ht.tactics. It's not all too active though.

==History==

On September 28th, 2003 [[user:Mavuba|Mavuba]] decided to start a federation. Mainly because he didn't like to have a conference that was policed by strict Mods, GMs and HTs. That's why he and [[User:Buul|Buul]] came up with the plan to pull out to a drilling platform between [[Nederland|The Netherlands]] and [[England]], where only we could be in control of. The federation on the island Sealand soon became a great success, and soon many ships with members arrived!

After a short period of time the federation got the name of being a bad federation, full of annoying, spamming youngsters. For example, within a short amount of time the island found itself in war with some Mods & GMs, but also in a spam-war with OLDER (a federation for people who are thirty years or older.). After a long period of negotiations the battle ended and the peace with the Mods was restored.

Sealand now is known for being a nice cosy federation, where the best spammers of HT-[[Nederland|Nederland]] and [[België]] have a great time doing their thing.

Sealand also is an island where '[[Infamous Hattrickers]]' can hide.
