Actually I read the main page and there isn't currently a single article you vandalized that isn't related to Hattrick in some way.

You vandalized articles about regions in Israel which are legit regions in '''Hattrick''', you can see a list of them here:[http://www60.hattrick.org/Common/regions.asp?leagueID=63 Hattrick Israeli Regions].

You also vandalized the 3 articles about common Israeli names for teams that appear here for all countries: [[Team_names]] and are used in '''Hattrick''' as default prefixes for new teams created.

Could the fact that the irrelevant articles that I have removed have all been about Israel be contributed to the fact that you make it your mission, according to your userpage, to add precisely that, and that all the articles I've edited have been in the "Recent Changes" section? Of course you wouldn't consider that, when you could take the easy route, hiding behind your religion, and accuse me of anti-semitism. That really is pathetic.

Let's take a look at the articles I've "vandalised".

Hapoel:

While I'm sure that The Young Worker Labor Party fully indorse Hattrick, and that the first Kibbutz at Beit Alpha was really a Hattrick meet orchestrated by Aaron David Gordon who had a team in III.3, I really do not see how that has -anything- to do with Hattrick in any way. Whatsoever.

Maccabi:

"The word Maccabi (Mah-Kah-Beeh Hebrew: מכבי) used to refer to one of the Maccabees, whose story has become synonymous with courage, success and victory. Nowadays, several Israeli and Jewish organizations carry this name, such as sport associations, Medical centers and so on.

Unless religion is a new aspect of Hattrick, I don't see how the story of the Maccabees have any influence on my team, or how the saying "Meeh Kahmokha Bahehleem Yidod" affects my weekly training, this still has no relevance.

The only thing in this article that has even the slightest bit of relevance is the bit with the coordinates. This Wiki is about -Hattrick-, and while a short statistical summary of the regions within the game is acceptable, albeit somewhat unnecessary, a full historical, political and religious summary is completely irrelevant and unneeded. Precisely the same information is available in vast detail on Wikipedia, so instead of reciting it here, add a link to the Wikipedia article, as it has been done with Jerusalem.

Please stop making irrelevant additions to articles. Wikis all have their individual purposes, and it makes no sense to clutter one with irrelevant information. Especially not when that information is available on Wikipedia. This is about Hattrick, so keep it about Hattrick.

It's not exactly right place do discuss about it (remove it if you want it, Mikael). My advice is - rebuild all Israeli region pages similary like I made on Jerusalem and Beer Sheeva. While I don't mind remaking articles to fit the purpose of a Wiki, I feel that articles regarding geographical locations should be written by people residing there, providing that they adhere to the Wiki and it's purpose. I did not intend to correct the articles, as I'm sure that other people can do a better job at that than me, but rather stop more from being made, and make it clear from the beginning that this Wiki isn't for religious, historical or political articles.

Actually if you actually checked what I added to this wikipedia, the actual editions and not just the articles in which I participated, you'll see that I didn't add any of that information.

Also you only posted part of the articles you removed. For example with [[Jerusalem ]] you decided that the whole article should be destroyed even though it contained an infobox about the region. Forgot to mention that in your reply?

It is pretty clear you took on some crazy erasing crusade upon yourself and just destroyed anything in sight, not even bothering to really read what is written there. If you want to contribute then edit wisely, with emphasis on adding and not just removing anything and everything like [[User:LA-Motto]] did on [[Jerusalem]] and [[Beer Sheva]]. And as a start I expect you to restore/re-edit all the articles you already ruined.

Oh I read the articles, so that's a rather stupid thing to say. Just for your information, this is a "Wiki", not a "Wikipedia". "Wikipedia" is a site built on the WikiMedia software, meant as a free encyclopedia, while this is a site built on the WikiMedia software meant for Hattrick related articles.

I posted all of the articles I removed. I copypasted everything from the history page from before I removed the article, so these accusations are just pathetic, really.

It's pretty clear that you're just angered by being wrong. I removed articles of political, religious and historical nature, as this Wiki is intended solely for Hattrick, and all things relevant. I felt no need to edit them, as two of the three articles I deleted had nothing worth saving, and the third nothing more than what could easily be salvaged by looking at the historical pages. I do not intend to re-edit any of the articles, as LA-Motto beat me to it in the single article that had anything worth saving.

There is a difference between things having no place, and things being forbidden.

This Wiki is for Hattrick, and Hattrick related articles, meaning that if an article isn't related to Hattrick, such as a political, historical or religious article, which the Jerusalem, Hapoel, Maccabi, Beitar and Ashdod articles were, then they have no place here, and should therefore be deleted to avoid cluttering and deviations from the intended purpose of the Wiki, which is to create a knowledgebase of things Hattrick.

Actually if you actually checked what I added to this wikipedia, the actual editions and not just the articles in which I participated, you'll see that I didn't add any of that information.

I posted all of the articles I removed. I copypasted everything from the history page from before I removed the article, so these accusations are just pathetic, really.

==Changing the coach==
If your coach disappoints you, you can always get a new one. There are two different ways to go:

===Recruit a coach externally===
Recruiting externally basically means that you hire a new coach. However, you first decide how good you want him to be (trainer skill and leadership) and what trainer type you want (one who favours [[Coach tactics#Offensive coach|attack]], [[Coach tactics#Defensive coach|defence]] or is [[Coach tactics#Neutral coach|neutral]]).

Each combination of leadership/trainer skill has a fixed price. Then you "buy" him (he is taken from an unseen pool of unemployed coaches - coaches are not included on the [[Transfer List|transfer list]].

===Make player coach===
This alternative can be somewhat cheaper than the external recruiting - if you have a [[player]] with the right coaching material.

There are a few restrictions: The player's [[experience]] determines how good a coach he can become. Also, the more experienced he is, the lower his price for a certain [[Skills#Coach skills / Form / Leadership|skill]] level. Players keep their [[leadership]] (already known to you) and you do not pay for their leadership - so, if you have a very experienced player with high leadership, this can be a real bargain.

However, to prevent [[daytrading]] of coaches-to-be, we have another restriction: The player must have been in your [[Team|squad]] for a [[season]] (16 weeks) to be eligible to become your coach. While it will still be possible (in principle) to purchase a player in order to make him coach for a little less, it will require more than a season's foresight.

When you hire a new coach, he becomes the coach of your squad (when he arrives, which may take up to a minute after you ordered him) and the old coach stays in the squad (in case you want to keep him as player). If you don't want him, you will have to [[fire]] him. He can never become coach a second time for your team (although he may go to another team eventually). Also, you cannot sell a player who has become coach. This is important, as otherwise people would start trading coaches and that is not the kind of system we want. All new teams get initial coaches who are of equal skill level (weak).

==Level of the coach==
All new coaches of a certain skill level are equal. That is, if you purchase a coach with passable skill, he always becomes "average" passable. There is no "high passable" and "low passable". However, the increase in the coaches performance between levels is, like with regular player skills, non-linear. This means that the gap between a solid coach and an excellent coach is smaller than the gap between a passable coach and a solid coach in terms of the effect of the training, so a high-level coach might not always be the best solution for you. The common consensus on this matter is that a solid coach is both affordable and advisable for most managers.

===Skills deterioration===
Coaches will slowly have their leadership skills deteriorate. Deterioration will not start until the coach has been in the club for more than a season. HT's reasoning is a coach that might seem bustling with energy and inspiration when he first arrives, after a few seasons loses some of his "edge". He has simply grown bored with the job.

Finally, once a coach reaches [[disastrous]] leadership (and that would typically take perhaps 10 seasons for a coach starting with solid leadership), the deterioration starts hitting his trainer skills instead of the depleted leadership. Let us underline that the deterioration is very slow, although it will go somewhat faster for coaches with very high leadership, so a solid leader might go down to passable after 1-2 seasons (more likely after 2 seasons or more though).

Players who become coaches have an emergency surgical procedure and if they had any injuries, they are automatically healed!

Youth pulling is a pure lottery. So don't cry, if you get the Xth bad player.

Anything below 'passable' is not worth to be put on the transfer market.

If you invest in your youth pull every week. Some people think it's best to pull keepers before the youth hits 'excellent'.

The whole purpose of a Wiki is to let everyone write "I want to say hello to my mom, dad, grandpa, grandma and my dog" on each and every page and for that to stay there, never to be edited out. Just wanted to mark about useless youth pulls - I wrote down in the begining that even "inadquate" pulls would be thrown away (unless pherhaps if we're dealing with young keepers) and I still hold that opinion. I challenge the moderation to "weak" under the "Plumbers and Golfers" section.

I'd say that there are four types of inadequate that sell, whereas a 'weak' will never sell. I think it's cleaner to say'weak' rather than 'inad, but with 4 exceptions...

The four types are

players that are inad in more than one skill

inad players with decent passing

inad goalies

early season 17 year old inads.

I won't change it back just yet, so I'll wait for your response!

Let's put aside the goalies, as both us agree on that group. Remaining are these:

inad. players with decent passing - as long as thier passing is no higher than "inad." (and that is what I meant by an inad. pull, not only primary attributes) I don't thing they'll be quite a hit.

However, I must agree than multi-skilled inad.'s, especially younger ones, have a slight chanse of being sent to the market.

I think that maybe changing (or is it so already? I'm not certain) it to "Even inad. pulls...bla bla.. are MOSTLY SENT.. bla bla.. would make a decent compromise.

== Youth Squad and Players ==

You can acquire a new player each week by moving a youth squad player up into the senior squad. The better the youth squad activities are, the better the chances of the youth squad player succeeding. You don't have any choice in what kind of youth squad player you'll get, apart from choosing between a goalkeeper or an outfield player. Don't count on receiving top-notch players each week. Most youth squad players you try out won't qualify for your team, or be good enough to sell to other managers. If you have one or two of them per season either moving directly up into the team, or able to be sold, you should be satisfied - think about how things work in reality!

Many clubs put a lot of money into their youth squad, but there are also those who spend less money or none at all, buying reinforcements from the transfer lists instead. However, if you do decide to build up your youth squad structure, be prepared that it might take some time before your investment pays off with reasonably able youth squad pulls. You may find there's little point in moving youth squad players up if your youth squad status is "poor", for instance.

Every week you're allowed to make a large ([[currencies|€20 000]]), medium ([[currencies|€10 000]]), or small ([[currencies|€5 000]]) investment in your youth squad. The effect of these levels of investment can be seen on the [[Youth Squad Improvements]] page. If you don't change the amount, the amount invested the previous week will be drawn from your bank balance after the next [[Updates#Weekly_Update|weekly economic update]].

You're only able to promote one youth squad player per week. Every time you promote a youth squad player, it will cost the club [[currencies|€2 000]]. If you are lucky, the [[Youth Pull]] will then be able to join your team, or be sold.

Information on your youth squad activities can be found in the "Your club" menu, under "The Club" caption. This is also where you enter the amount of money you want invested into the youth squad, and where you move them up from, each week.

A theory is that the distribution of each skill of a youth pull is an exponential (or a Poisson, if we prefer to remain into discrete distributions), with the level of the youth setup influencing the parameter of the exponential distribution.

Another theory is to pull [[Goalkeeper]]s whilst your youth squad is lower than solid. The reason behind this is that only one skill is ever relevant, rather than all seven. A passable keeper will usually sell, whilst a outfielder with passable stamina, and 6 poor skills will not.

Shockingly, even excellent youth squads may produce, week by week, suprisingly pathetic youth pulls. As a matter of fact, even most [[denominations|inadequate]] youth pulls (17 year old [[goalkeeper]]s or [[multiskilled]] players are an exception) are usually sent directly to the [[golf course]] or the [[local pub]] to spend the rest of their adult lives as misrable losers. The luckier ones end up chasing young blondes around said pub.

However, not all of Hattrick's drop-outs turn to become lazy bums. Many [[disastrous]] [[players]] have foreseen the future failure and prepared an altenative job. These playes TSI sum usually does not mount much above 40, and most (And not very rarely rarly '''all''') of their skills hits "wretched" at most. These players are called by the HT-players by their possible alternative jobs - Plumbers, Carpenters, Politicians and so forth.
