This contest was kicked of to get [[Main_Page|this great project]] a new logo.

For this a call for suggestions was posted in several confereces within Hattrick as well as external forums.

A nice idea is to ''hattrickify'' the logo of Wikipedia, but any other idea is welcome.
The logo should ideally visualize the great knowledge which is stored in hattrick wiki.

Suggestions by different artists will be posted here along with their Hattrick user name and in the conference of the [[Hattrick Wiki Federation]] (wiki) (allianceid: 33894).

Tried that - it looks funny with the table border around it when there are more pictures and valign=middle creates a zic-zac layout.

Hopefully, this can provide a good level of organisation and a way to
keep the HT-encyclopedia somewhat clean of information that is not

I think this is a very poor justification for listing teams under usernames. It ''might'' make sense from an organizational point of view, but not as far as keeping the HT-Wiki "clean of information that is not essential to the community."

The point of a wiki is not to provide information that is essential to everyone, but ''any'' information that is essential to ''anyone.'' Obviously in this context that info would be HT-related.

So the question is one of organization. And I don't see why putting the team name as a regular page would hurt that. The key, to me, is the category tags those pages are given. For instance, the "clubs" tag or country-related clubs tags. Notable teams would be given a category tag to a page for "Notable teams." BTW, The logos should need some acceptable license. I think that BSD, GFDL or GPL would be fine but it's unclarified (see the text at the end of the edition page).

So the question is one of organization. And I don't see why putting the team name as a regular page would hurt that. The key, to me, is the category tags those pages are given. For instance, the "clubs" tag or country-related clubs tags. Notable teams would be given a category tag to a page for "Notable teams." Rob, from what I am seeing, I believe Shyrlden did not mean your article stubs, those are just fine. We could also work together a bit more and do this in a more organized way. If you create stubs we know stuff about, that would be a nice way of sharing the work.

Creating pages is fine - but some readable content wouldn't hurt.

I am a bit concerned that this project dies just because there are no mods who ensure some level of quality. This would be really really sad.

A wiki is the very best place to put all information we know today.

We need some rule how to work. It is really annoying to the a lot of pages and 95% are empty. In wikipedia you create just the link (red/orange color) in a article. On the special page "most requested pages" you can see those links. Another point is "where should i add infos". IMHO it is the best to use existing pages (with extra head lines). If the info is really much and the article will become too expansive, then create a new article(-page) for the topic.

I also think that we should set some guidelines and make an effort on how to coordinate the writing efforts. A good way to deal with this would be the creation of [[Hattrick:HattrickWikiProjects]] - so we can divide and organize the work better. A Project can be created with the goals of deciding and enforcing some Rules of Conduct, Guidelines, etc. All those specific issues would be discussed on the Project pages, instead of using the Hattrick forums or looking for information in a lot of places.

Nice document, I think we could take that as an initial reference. Why not creating a project that deal with the Guidelines setting? It looks like a big task, and it could have sub-projects and such.
