	Sorry to act like a lonely ranger and rudely change the setting but the page was messy after years of random entries. Last update was declared as "season 37 check", 15 seasons ago. So I've introduced a new template to write easily on sortable tables and I've updated all teams (It took a week!). 			: Well you did great, the page needed some major update. Good to see there are still people here adding more that their own team.
