USA's II.4 is historically the best II in the USA, ahead of II.2, though many fans of the two divisions may switch the order. The division has launched teams like 4-time division winner Cyclones and Season 21 champion G's Goons into strong ML careers, though II.2 has a better ML track record. The division's most famous resident was Blue Wave, owned by national trainer Lathrop. The division is quite competitive, and as a result only the strongest teams are able to autopromote to the ML from II.4.
