- In season 22 (Global season 40), under control of JohnnyChung, the club finished 1st place in V.123 and directly promoted to IV.33.
- In season 23 (Global season 41), the club was finished 1st place easily again and have to play Play-Off match, ManchesterUnitedVN defeated tourista 0-4 at Tourista Room to promote to III.6. This is the first time they play in Division III. In Cúp Quốc Gia, they failed in round 3, losing 1-3 to Liverpool-V in the Old Trafford.
