Omer Jacobs is a retired Belgian football player, last seen playing for Chester F.C. in Uruguay as an inner midfielder.
Jacobs is one of the many successful players to come out of the youth academy of Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track. In contrary to many of his young colleagues, he was allowed to become a first team player in the main team, playing for the team for 7 seasons and appearing in 50 competitive matches before being sold to Chester F.C. where he has played ever since before vanishing of the face of the earth. Rumours say he started an illegal liquour business in the rainforest.
