This type of training will train the skill Playmaking for Inner Midfielders and wingers (half rate). Midfield is considered the most important part of your team, so improving that is a good idea. This way this is the most chosen training, 28% of the Hattrick managers train Playmaking.

Pros

  • You train 10 players (though 4 at half speed), which is the most after defending training.
  • After training a while you will have a very strong midfield.
  • Since playmakers are in high demand, this might make you a lot of money.

Cons

  • Only 3-5-2 is a viable line-up form training perspective.
  • You need 10 trainees, which might cost a lot of money.
  • When you start with 10 trainees, your midfield rating might be very low.
  • You need to either buy trainees with high stamina, or switch to stamina training sometimes, because playmaking skill is dimished if a player doesn't have excellent stamina.
