Stamina training improves stamina at a very fast rate, for all players, even those that haven't played. Unfortunately, there is the negative side effect that form decreases. This training type is usually done in off season because most people have only 1 game a week then and other training types are not as efficient as during the regular season.

Before the beginning of Season 32 Stamina training was changed from an individual training option into a percentage share of regular training.

Pros[edit]

  • Very fast training
  • Trains everyone on your squad, even if they haven't played
  • Flexibility of Formations

Cons[edit]

  • Form decreases can be very irritating, particularly on players that have not played that week
  • Nearly impossible to use as a full time training program
