Uptime review

Each month Hattrick sends out an Uptime review to all Hattrick Supporters through HT mail. This review states how much uptime the site has had the previous month. Supporters are then compensated for any Unplanned downtime that may have occurred, on a minute by minute basis their supporter is prolonged. Only unplanned downtimes are taken into account for both the calculation and the compensation.

Possible messages

  • When there is downtime to compensate, you get this message:

This past month Hattrick had xx,x% uptime. Your Hattrick Supporter subscription has automatically been extended by xx hours and xx minutes to compensate for unplanned downtime. Please accept our humble thanks for your support. It makes it possible for us to operate the game and continue developing it.

  • When there isn't any downtime to compensate, you get this message:

This past month Hattrick has been running well and had 100% uptime. This means we have nothing to compensate you for this time, sorry for that. ;) Seriously, thanks a lot for your support. It makes it possible for us to operate the game and continue developing it.
