Editing Pages[edit]

Hi! Please use the Show Preview functionality while editing/viewing your edited page, and the Save button once you are finished. This is much better for the servers and for the wiki admins. Cheers! :) --EchoMan 01:14, March 6, 2009 (UTC)

Ok, but I (and others) have a habit of reviewing pages that get saved, thus yet another reason to use the preview and the save when you're done. I assumed it was done since you saved it and went on to edit other pages. :) Also, there is a signature button above the edit window, or just type --~~~~ to add an automagic signature to Talk: pages. --EchoMan 01:57, March 6, 2009 (UTC)
Well, I hope you will find that is not the case here, even though we edit a lot of pages and try to make them conform with the current standards, using correct categories and stubs and so on. --EchoMan 02:32, March 6, 2009 (UTC)

Re: Page edits[edit]

Hi! It's not common practise here to edit the talk-pages for any change to an article. You have all the info and the diff in the history page. Cheers! --EchoMan 09:41, April 14, 2009 (UTC)

I have to say I agree with Echoman. Via the history tab you can compare different versions of a page. Specially when I'm editting multiple pages it really slows things down. --Rob184 16:17, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

There was little reason given actually and no description to go with the minor edit, if you want to be editing my user page then I'd suggest that you make it obvious what it is you are editing a simple M meant that I had to go through the history of my pages and do a history compare to work out what exactly had changed. In future a description would be more then welcomed or simply refraining might be better if that can't be provided --Orestes 00:32, April 15, 2009 (UTC)
