The youth squad has different times for each level to improve. The smaller your investment the longer it takes to improve. You cannot get to the best level if you don't have the full investment unfortunatly.
This table shows the time it takes to improve on maximum investment.
Solid to Excellent 1 season (16 weeks)
Passable to Solid 8 weeks
Inadequate to Passable 4 weeks
Weak to Inadequate 2 weeks
Poor to Weak 1 week
Wretched to Poor 1 week
Disastrous to Wretched 1 week
If you invest minimum you will only reach inadequate. If you invest medium you will only reach passable. You will reach excellent if you invest maximum.
