Kfar Saba Utd vs Dinamo Tulcea was a ladder match played on 11 May 2014.

Match report

A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Kfar. Starters: Soltz - De la Mota, Almada, Zeilner - Kassab, Veffer, Vajner, Constans, Kubach - Bedarida, Boneccher.

Dinamo decided to use a 5-3-2 set up. The following players had been chosen: Paskum - Detlefsen, Cobby, Beichler, Bolsi, Kivisalu - Bercea, Niokane, Tudurean - Dănilă, Negoiţă.

First half

Torben Zeilner gave Kfar the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 1 - 0 Gilberto Boneccher could have put Kfar up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 21 minutes. Kfar's Ramón De la Mota increased the lead to 2 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 33 minutes. Josef Vajner had a fantastic opportunity to put Kfar up another goal 34 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Kfar's Jan-Okko Veffer was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 36 minutes. Kfar put in a good effort on the right, but Giuseppe Bedarida saw his volley fly wide of the mark 38 minutes into the game. With 39 minutes gone, a long pass from the defence of Dinamo resulted in a counterattack that set Guschti Beichler free through the middle, but the keeper made a spectacular diving save. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Kfar enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 76 percent of possession.

Second half

Kfar managed to extend their lead to 3 - 0 when Cyril Constans cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The players of Kfar now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Gilberto Boneccher unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. Gilberto Boneccher should probably have put his team up another goal after 63 minutes after breaking through the middle, but some great goalkeeping by Barna Paskum kept the visitors in the game. Kfar claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 77 percent.

The most dominating Kfar player was without a doubt Giuseppe Bedarida. Ariel Almada turned in a dismal performance, however. Ciprian Tudurean performed admirably for Dinamo. Cristian Negoiţă was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
