As manager of a [[Hattrick]] [[team]], you have many responsibilities other than merely playing matches.
You will need to control the [[economy]] of your club, and are responsible for organising a long term strategy based around [[training]].

Hattrick is a long-term game. Don't expect instant results; you do not receive enough money initially to be able to afford to win immediately, so you should plan for the long term. Establish a program based on a single training strategy and then use the money that remains to improve your squad. As your young players train, you will be able to sell them and use the proceeds to buy other players to improve your squad or even set-up a professional youth team to feed your main squad with young talent.
