Trainees are the young players that your team has in the [[squad]], who you give training to each week to improve their [[skills]]. Normally managers then sell them off for a profit, or may keep a couple to help with the league campaign. [[Training]] is probably the best way to make money in Hattrick and is often spoken about on the HT conferences.
