On 16 October 2018, Battlefield53 and Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track played a friendly in week 12 of season 69. Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track went into the match as Unofficial Clubteams World Champions and held on to the title with a 2-0 victory. The match saw Battlefield53 take a very defensive 5-5-0 stance, but without any substitutes on the bench, which forced winger Fabio Gobbi to put on the goalkeepers' outfit after Mario Armenise dropped out due to injury.

Match report
Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 1495 at Battlefield53 Arena today. Jairo Vargas was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stefano Galardini and Viorel Colomei.

The following players had been chosen by Battlefield53: Armenise - Pasin, Peccia, Hesseler, Galatiltis, Wieser - Gobbi, Tío Sánchez, Sıngın, Cairada, Ronzi -. The following players took the field for Back-on-Track: Ćupina - Rebelo, Dragiev - Bergamaschi, Curiel, Van Keymeulen, Kurtov, Guðjónsson - Jahnick, Paşcan, Razlog.

Battlefield53 started the game in a 5-5-0 formation, whereas Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track lined up in a 2-5-3 formation.

First half
Battlefield53's Sandro Wieser was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 4 minutes. Mario Armenise was unable to continue, following a slight injury to his left knee after 23 minutes. A field player had to replace the goalkeeper, and this difficult task fell to Fabio Gobbi. 32 minutes into the game, George-Daniel Paşcan was a hair's breadth away from giving Back-on-Track the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by Fabio Gobbi saved the home team that time. The guests took the lead 33 minutes into the match, after a right-side attack resulted in Vice Razlog scoring to make it 0 - 1. Halftime score was 0 - 1. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Battlefield53, with 53 percent of the ball.

Second half
Following a collision in the 65, Battlefield53's Miguel Tío Sánchez complained of a damaged shoulder. Eventually, he forced himself to continue the match anyway. Helmut Van Keymeulen was, after 70 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper Fabio Gobbi made the save. Giulio Bergamaschi increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 2. The match ends 0 - 2. Back-on-Track had most of the ball, with 58 percent of possession.

Post match
Most important Battlefield53 player was Angelo Cairada. On the other hand, Ezio Peccia's play was disheartening. The most dominating Back-on-Track player was without a doubt Herberto Rebelo. Ove Guðjónsson on the other hand, had a terrible day.
