The '''Sealand Gold Cup''' was the anniversary tournament of the [[Sealand Cup]], to celebrate its fiftieth edition. The friendly tournament was held in (Dutch) season 68, together with [[Sealand Cup L]]. The final was held at De Houten Keet on 10 November 2021, where Limburgia FC defeated 1Utreg1 3–2 after extra time. Limburgia FC qualified for the [[Sealand Super Cup 2022|first Sealand Super Cup]] by virtue of their victory.

==Participating teams==
Sixteen teams were invited to compete in the Sealand Gold Cup. The participants were selected among the [[Sealand Cup L]]-entrants. Eligibility depended on the team's previous Sealand Cup results, according to the all-time medal classification. Sealand Cup title holders Ad Maiorem Mei Gloriam could not compete in the Sealand Gold Cup, as they were still active in a national cup tournament during the opening week.

===Seeding===
The draw for the Sealand Gold Cup was held in Heeze on 13 October 2021.

Teams were seeded based on their previous Sealand Cup results, ranked by an all-time medal classification. The teams were divided into three pots; with each section containing one team from the first four teams (top seeds), one team from the next four teams (other seeds) and two teams from the remaining eight teams.

Teams from the same region could not be drawn against each other.
