I added the middle two paragraphs from a text file I had saved. Someone in the conferences wrote it up and I thought it was pretty good. Can someone organize it so it flows a little better? it's not an expotential function. It's a kind of polynomial (i don't know how it is called in english), as it has it's argument raised to 3.4 power - expotential functions have it's argument as a power (expotential function would be 3.4 raised to x)...

If you normalize your formula you'll get: 
TSI~0.63*(Form+4)*(Skill-1)^3.4

It's not so good approximation.

The best I've found is:
TSI~0.6434*(Form+1.8098)*(Skill-0.7861)^3.4446
