Temporary Team is a bot team in China that has been turned into a clearinghouse for national team players whose teams are replaced. The national team player is reassigned to Temporary Team and placed on the transfer list. Before this practice was initiated, a national team player on a replaced team would be lost forever. Although the GMs would put a threatened national team player if requested by the national team manager, there were increasing problems with this practice due to the proliferation of farm teams.
