The club was heavily inspired by the history and structure of Palestine SC of Ramallah, Palestine, but tailored its identity to the cultural, historical, and social landscape of Yemen.

| The club was born with the strong idea of creating a club with a strong Arab identity to represent the philosophy, culture, and beliefs of the Arab world. This is what the club's board of directors, the founding president, and the Christian subsidiaries in South America who support the project have envisioned. The club's policy is to hire only players from the Middle East and build a competitive roster along those lines. Therefore, it has a strict restriction on hiring European, American, or African players, only players from the Arab world.
