Season 84 was the third season of Nashville FC under manager dalepopp. Nashville returned to VI.18 following relegation and finished seventh.

Season summary

Nashville FC opened the league season with five consecutive victories, scoring 17 goals while conceding four. The strong start was followed by seven consecutive losses before Nashville returned to the win column in Week 13. The club finished 6-0-8 with 22 goals scored and 39 conceded for a -17 goal difference, placing seventh in VI.18 with 18 points.

Matthew Dozier and Alex Hensley shared the regular-season scoring lead with four goals each, while Phil Roof and Garrick Waite scored three apiece. Nashville recorded two league clean sheets, both during its five-match winning streak to open the season.

Nashville was eliminated in Round 1 of the US Open Cup before advancing to Round 6 of the Voyager Cup, its deepest cup run of the season.
