The IOC (Inter Older Cup) is an international friendly cup of the Older Manager's Federations. It is played since Season 23.

Rules

There is usually at least one group stage. From this stage the numbers 1 and 2 of each group and the best 3rds will proceed to the next round. After the group phase the Knock-out phase will start.

The draws in the KO phase will be random, but the organizers will always try to realize as many international matches as possible.

All matches will be played with cup rules. The KO phase is played in neutral stadiums.
