Boddingtons FC was founded the 18th of March 2003 (under the name AIKGnaget FC) by owner EchoMan. The club started out in Sveriges VII.735 Global Season 19, finished 2nd and was promoted to VI.1022. Again the team ended in 2nd place, but again promoted. This time to V.483 where the team stayed for two seasons before being relegated to VI.939. There the team took it's first gold medal.
The next season in V.525 the club decided to become a Home-grown Team and started replacing bought players with own products from the Youth squad. This had some ill effects on the teams performance, so once again they relegated, this time to VI.306. Time for medal #2 in Global Season 25, and promotion to V.52 for two seasons before relegating again (a pattern someone?).
Medal #3 was achieved after winning VI.722 Global Season 28, and promotion to V.98, where the team resided until season 36, ending up in positions 3, 5, 5, 2, 2, 6, 3 and finally 8.
Season 36 was one of the worst in BFC's now 18 seasons long history. Due to the old players getting too old, and the Youth Acadamy failing to produce new blood for the team, this was the season when the Home-Grown team in the fifth division came to an end. BFC ended in last position and was relegated to VI.133. Coach Jens S. Stigdahl (11063346) was immediately sacked after this debacle, and he was replaced by fellow original player Fredrik Rambratt (11063347).
Season 37 was an average season for BFC, and the team ended in 2nd position and was promoted to V.225. This fact made coach EchoMans dedication to the game a little stronger for once, as a federation friend and a colleague to him also have their teams in that league.
Season 38 started really bad for BFC in the League, while the team managed to go to the fourth round of the Cup. After the Cup the team performed a bit better and started advancing in the league.

- 2003-04-18 The club changed owner as EchoMan took control and renamed it AIKGnaget FC (Global Season #19)
- 2004-02-18 AIKGnaget FC was renamed to Boddingtons FC
- 2004-12-02 Boddingtons FC has a Home-grown squad, as last "professional" Manuel José Gonzalez González (19972163) is sold.
- 2006-04-12 Team is Fully Home-grown, as original player Jens S. Stigdahl (11063346) is appointed coach for the team.
- 2009-06-24 BFC collected the last available away flag, as the team played against Quality Street from Iceland.
