downtime radio is a little popular german HT-Radio. It was founded by The_Web (formaly know as WEBmta). Downtime broadcast the shows in two qualities. The high quality stream is in 128 kbps for high speed internet and the low quality stream is in 40 kbps for modem.

• 01. March 2008 downtime radio was foundet.
• 22. November 2008 the downtime radio federation was foundet.
• 04. September 2010 first downtime radio meeting in Berlin (Kreuzberg)
