As manager of a hattrick team, you have many responsibilities other than merely playing matches. You will need to control the economy of your club, and are responsible for organising a long term strategy based around training. This article is a stub. You can help Hattrick Wiki by expanding it.
You need to treat your team as a real one. Don’t expect instant results; instead, try and build your team around 1 or 2 training strategies. Start getting your youngest players training and then you can start selling them and buying other players to improve your squad.
Managers who want to provide more information about their teams and who want to establish a gathering place for fellow managers and fans, can build a Hattrick Clubhouse for their team.
