[[Gloria Sic FC]] est un club fondé en 2012 par Darcel_, dont les origines étymologiques se placent dans la locution latine adressée à chaque pape lors de leur cérémonie d'intronisation: "Sic transit gloria mundi, hominem te esse", signifiant "Ainsi passe la gloire du monde, toi aussi tu n'es qu’un homme" afin que ce nouveau souverain est conscience qu'il n'est qu'un homme, et que, comme le dirait Montaigne "Sur le plus haut trône du monde, on n'est jamais assis que sur son cul". Le nom du club se traduisant littéralement "La gloire ainsi" fait donc référence à ceci.
