Summary

CVP stands for Culemborgse Voetbal Ploeg. It was founded halfway through February 2002 in the Netherlands by manager Broodrooster82 who later changed his name to Casartelli.

After playing in IV.12 for two seasons they promoted to III.13. They became III.13 champions in their debut season which promoted them to II.3. After 7 seasons at II.3 they were relegated to III.1

After the relegation, the team rebought former youth player and U-20 star Kornel ten Berge and was banned for Hattrick due to paying to much for him.

CVP made a comback in october 2012 under the name "CVP '02". Even though they moved to the city of Arnhem. The club's name remained unchanged. CVP '02 started in the VIII.1074 and won that league in their second season. In their first season VII they won the league as well. CVP '02 is currently playing in the Dutch VI.
