Le club a connu différents noms, il a été fondu sous le nom de "Fabien FC", "Royal Fabien Club" le 30 mai 2012, "FC Paris Saint Germain" le 22 septembre et a été nommé sous son nom actuel "R.C. Fabien le 30 mars 2014. Le sigle du club est RCF. Le club a actuellement connu 2 promotions dont 1 gratuite et 1 relégation.
