How it all starts
Actual all this started many weeks before, when I have read the first time about Hattrick: there was a report on the website of FC Basel 1893 dating May 8th, 2009! Well I don’t know the reason but I would not participate at this time.
Then on September 2nd, 2009 it happened! I signed up and two days later I had my Online-Team. Then I filled the squad up to thirty players and a coach. I played the whole first season with these players, meaning I did not sell anybody before the season-break. I would be sure of how good or poor they are. Today there are still seven of these thirty players in the squad; actually there are still three of the eighteen ‘founding members’ in the team. Since the end of the first season there are twenty-three to twenty-seven players in the squad, because I realized that it makes no sense to have more.
