Big_Apple is the manager of the Belgian club Hebbing Sharks, playing in 5th division. He joined Hattrick on the 2nd of February, 2004 and received his team 2 weeks later on the 15th. Since 23/06/06, Big_Apple is also the founder and chief administrator of BeNe Winger Federatie, a federation for wingtrainers.
Nickname
The name Big_Apple has nothing to do with apples. It also doesn't mean that he's literally "big". It refers to New York, a city he's really fond of. Sometimes Big_Apple is referred to as B.A., "appel" or "grote appel".
