Lagbygging og Drift
Lagbygging og Drift (95565) (LOD) is one of the largest federations in Norway, founded on September 16, 2010. The federation comprises managers from all league levels, ranging from beginners to experienced managers who have been playing Hattrick since its inception. The motto of the LOD federration is: "Let us together create a strong and supportive community of football managers!"
Purpose
The federation is dedicated to those who wish to specialize in team building by making long-term plans for the development and operation of their own team. Members share knowledge, experiences, and personal insights to foster a collaborative environment.
Activities
In this federation, members can share experiences from their own team-building projects and discuss unrealized plans. Key topics include:
- What does the optimal player look like?
- What is the optimal composition of players in the squad?
- What economic challenges will I face?
- How to combine team building with sporting challenges?
Membership
Membership is mainly open to all norwegian managers interested in team building and development. Whether you are interested in reading about others' team-building plans or sharing your own thoughts, this federation is for you.
