Is that really the name for this kind of guys? I thought it was "Future coach" simply...

From what I understand some people call them indeed Pac Man. They 'train' coaches, it's not just future coaches.
Maybe it is because these players run around on the field, 'eating' experience points and don't do much else. Like Pac Man.
Anyway, will put some research in it.
