Mod-VortigeN is a Bulgarian user and the manager of Narsil since the 2nd of October 2004. Having joined Hattrick on the 27th of September 2004, he's the first ever Bulgarian user that managed to reach the Vissha Liga starting from division IV, the lowest division of his country.
