For instance; there are smaller countries with few user but lots of more people in that country are playing Hattrick. How can that be? It’s because when they applied there were no domestic league and they could therefore apply in another league. And since teams can’t be moved they have to choose between starting from scratch with a new team when their country gets an own league or stay where they are.

Actually, there will be no new countries this season (which makes it the second time afaik that no new family members are added).
The reason for this is that we will aim on making the family a lot tighter. Bring members closer to each other. Cook dinner and invite other members, eat cake together. Share a smile and a laugh. Something like that.
I guess I better stop before I become really embarrassing. ;)
(The real reason is that we decided to wait with new countries until next season (and perhaps have a bigger addition then), we really want to get the dotnetification and new design projects completed as they will make the site so much better.)

''- do you always add an even number of nations?''
I haven't really thought about that, but in way it makes sense to have an even number of countries (as all NTs have the possibility to play a match each week).
''- will you ONLY add FIFA nations?''
Yes. We rather stay out of politics, and this is a good way.
''- are there some FIFA nations you will not add?''
Not that I can think of.
''- what criteria do you use when you select new nations?''
We look on internet usage and coverage, football interest and other similar criterias. Then we've more or less always some local "lobby groups" who're trying to convince us, and sometimes they manage to do so (especially if we can see that there are dedicated users in that country). We also reserve the right to be a bit emotional when choosing too. :)

Hello, i would like to know how many, and witch countries will be introduced next season? If there are any new countries?

This is a question that always gets its answer when the time comes. Which, if any, new countries are added depends on if we’ve seen enough interest from that country.

Some might say “But what about this or that country, not many users at all, why did you add it?” Well, sometimes it’s hard to know what the future will hold with a certain new country.
