Lathrop is the current USA National Trainer and owner of II.4 club Blue Wave.
Has thus far steered the USA squad to Round IV of World Cup VII.
Chose a brilliant tactic during Round III by MOTSing Norge. Even though the US lost the next two matches, those three points and four goals managed to get the USA to Round IV.
