Training defending is traditionally the best way to make money through training.  The ability to [[training|train]] ten different players at once means you will ultimately make a larger profit than those training types that work on smaller numbers of players.  However, the ability to train ten players in a single week is balanced by defender training being the slowest to increase a level.
Training defending limits also the tactical options for the games as you have to put ideally five players into your defence.
