Your youth squad can be a considerable source of income of you have the patience to just hang in there. Most youth pulls will be crap, but once you have had that 'big one' you will know it was worth investing. The best is to invest like this:
- 5.000 euro's until you hit inadequate
- 10.000 euro's until you hit passable
- 20.000 euro's forever
Once you start lowering your investments in the youth squad the quality will drop and it will take longer to get it back to the previous level.
