Following real life football, Scotland is an independant nation in hattrick, currently with 1429 active users. While in hattrick terms this makes us a small nation we still compete internationally, with much greater effectivness than in real life!
In the last World cup the Scottish national team, under the management of Boggler, made a massive impact, against all the odds getting to the final, where they unfortunatly got defeated by Sweden.
While they have failed to qualify due to some hard luck for the coming world cup, the team is looking stronger than ever & hopes to be a serious contender next time around.
Meanwhile the U20 team, led by calatibo, are looking strong to qualify from the group stages in the current u20-world cup.
