The history of Pet Ham United started a sunny day in august 2005. Then a guy named Petter Ulriksen took over a team called Tempo IL, who also had changed names a few times before that. This happened in the 15th season in the Norwegian HT history. Actually, the team itself appeared for the first time as Troms IF in the 4th season, the 12th of April 2002, and was computer controlled back then.

Pet Ham United is known for playing their home matches at the UpDown Park, and the owner of the club is a big fan of West Ham United, it might have something to do with that when it comes to name selections.. The club rinsed the player and coach staff before the 19th season, and is now on a new era with fresh young players, pluss some older experienced ones.
