| E' stato scoperto dallo scout [[Giorgio Goretti]] in Lombardia, l'1 settembre del 2018. Il presidente ricevette la chiamata dello scout nella sua residenza di Serravalle Langhe (CN), e accettò nonostante i dubbi. Al momento della promozione in prima squadra, avvenuta il 15 gennaio 2019 a Motta Visconti (MI), è stato immediatamente selezionato come perno per il programma di allenamento a lungo termine del nuovo ciclo. Alla promozione, con un'età di 17 anni e 3 giorni, aveva alcuni decimali in difesa (6,6) e passaggi (6,1). Si presentava così:
