Zeroing in on his Scoring skills, this boy could very well be a talented talent.

Do we sign him, boss?"

I would say as an allrounder, he's poor.

Can I offer him a place at the academy?"

Right now I would say his Playmaking capabilities are around the poor level."

His overall abilities right now are poor, in my opinion. Given the chance to improve his Playmaking skills, this guy might well reach inadequate in that department.
