POHA or The Lost Children of Baltics is one of the oldest Latvian federations. It was founded by renown alcoholic, and community member, also a former national coach Wiseguy.

This federation is composed of the elete Latvian community members, who have proven their ability to consume large amounts of alcohol, and still be able to set their winning line-up for the league match.

POHA meetings, are usually held on the second Friday of the month in a location codenamed KAC (The center for culture and relaxation) Runcis.
